Best Super Bowl Ad: What is Love Pepsi Max

I watched the Super Bowl. For those who read my previous post I really didn't think I was going to, and right now at 12:00am on Monday morning writing my paper I am feeling the repercussions of it. What a game eh? It was great to see the "perfect team" go down! I got to say I was rooting heavy for the Giants, and to see Eli mount that great game winning drive was by far one of my best Super Bowl experiences since the 49ers destroyed the Charges back in 94. But outside of the game I had to post my favorite commercial. Which easily was "What is Love" Pepsi Max commercial.

Smart Viral Video: Yes We Can, Barack Obama

I can't say I will be voting for Senator Obama, in fact I can pretty much say as of right now I don't like anyone who is running. But I give Obama credit, he sure is connecting. His latest video that was posted, is going around like wildfire, and I have to admit its a pretty neat little video. I just can't wrap my fingers on this guy, his speeches are exceptional, but as people keep saying, "there is something about him." And I agree there is something about him, but what is I am not sure if I like or I don't. My gut says, somethings fishy.

A Fun Farewell for Bill Gates

I have not been one to follow the career of Bill Gates all that close, I watch him at his CES presentations, and other Microsoft presentations, but never a big one to really pay all that much attention to. He is no Steve Jobs, but at the same time I heard a lot of great things about his Farewell video this year at CES, and all the folks that told me about I thank because it was a great video to watch. And thus I have it for all of you. Enjoy

Jerry Seinfeld on Men and Women

I love Seinfeld. I would say half the nights of the week I watch Seinfeld on TV. The show never gets old and always gives a great laugh before hitting the sack. Here is some Seinfeld stand up that I really enjoyed today while hanging out in the library.

Peyton Manning United Way Commercial

I have a feeling most of you have already seen this, and if this has gone around and I just missed it, well then please ignore this. My cousin Brandon yesterday at Thanksgiving showed me this video and it had me cracking up big time. It is Peyton Manning doing a spoof commercial for the United Way. Enjoy it.

Frank Caliendo Impersonates Charles Barkley

I have had videos of Frank Caliendo in the past. He is most famous for his impersonation of John Madden, and George Bush. As most of you have seen by the huge marketing push for his new show Frank TV on TBS, Frank went on the TNT NBA Broadcast and did some great Charles Barkley impressions right to Charles face. Its a fun watch!

Jim Rome on Miss Teen South Carolina

I have listened to Jim Rome since I was five years old. My dad and I have always been huge fans, I remember so many drives to so many places to just sitting back listening to Rome when he was on Xtra Sports 690AM. This was before he went national, and we continued to listen even after he went national. I am sure my Dad has already listened to this, and many of you have probably have seen the amount of coverage that Jim Rome's take on Miss Teen South Carolina's melt down on stage. Enjoy the video!!

Milgram’s Obedience. Crazy Stuff.

So there are very few times that I take something from UC Irvine and feel the need to post it on here but in the case of Milgram's Obedience Experiment I felt a strong urge to share it with everyone. Many of you probably have heard of it, but for those of you who haven't I am going to give you a terrible brief on it. Basically the experiment wanted to figure out if the German Nazi's were wired differently and whether the US citizens would have slaughtered other people given the same circumstance. This is a little different for my blog but the results are astonishing. I am not a huge Sociology guy, but my gosh this stuff is crazy. My professor said this is a reenactment, so enjoy it.

Best Nike Commercial in a Long Time

After Roger Federer took his fifth straight Wimbledon title, Nike aired a commercial starring Tiger Woods and Roger Federer. The commercial is one of the most unique and yet enjoyable minutes of advertisements I have watched in a long time. Enjoy the commercial! Plus you got to love that Roger beat Nadal in Five Sets, one of the best championship matches in Tennis in a long, long time.

Tom Wilson Standup (Biff from Back to the Future)

I just came across this video on Youtube, and I am a huge Back to the Future fan, and you can't love the trilogy without giving a lot of credit to Tom Wilson who plays Biff. He has a stand up act and this is a song he does about Questions he gets. It is absolutely hilarious and probably worth a second and third viewing.
